During installation of OpenOffice.org 643 on Windows 2000 an error message is
posted.

- error copying file w9xucwrp.dll to d:<install directory/program>

resolved on SRX643_OO branch.

As discussed with Armin, he thought these bug were closed, he sees all of them
as verified.
