glibc 2.2.2

I install openoffice 625 in /usr/local/openoffice625 with the /net option as
root. the installation completes succesfully.
As a normal user I start /usr/local/openoffice625/program/setup 
get back:chmod: changing permissions of
`/usr/local/openoffice625/program/setup.bin': Operation not permitted
Permissions are:-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root       194214 Dec  8 08:00
/usr/local/openoffice625/program/setup.bin

Go through the installationprocess.
"Workstation installation"
installationdir /home/user/openoffice60 ( default )

The I get a "Segmentation fault" on the console back.
