When adding/removing or downloading/installing extensions, the progressbar in
the appropriate dialogs currently becomes complete too fast and then takes some
time keeping at about 95%, while the extension(s) are still
added/removed/downloaded/installed. Such behaviour annoys the user instead of
giving him feedback about the progress status. Instead the progress should be
constant and the maximum (100%) of the progressbar is reached, when the action
is finished.

This also allpies for the progressbar of the export dialog.

The progress bar does simply not work correctly and is useless at it's current
state. The target should be 2.3. What is the reason for resetting the target to 2.4?
