I am requesting an implementation of a presenter view similar in functionality
to what can be found in the MS Office 2003 PowerPoint. The presenter view is an
essential tool for doing presentations in multi-monitor setups. It:
 - removes the need for unnecessary guesswork about upcoming slides/animations
 - makes easy to jump between non-adjacent slides
 - especially useful if the speaker is a different person from the one who
actually controls the presentation.

On a screen not used for a presentation it should show the following things:
 - a real-time updating display of the currently showing slide
 - a slide thumbnail time-line for a quick overview of slides before and after
the current slide
 - an area to display notes for the current slide
 - an area do display which currently hidden text on the current slide will
appear next
 - some sort of a presentation timer
