duplicate "dependancies" are not adjusted:

if I mark is. 1 double of is. 2  and  is. 2 double of is. 3, is. 1 is not 
remarked double to is. 3


Consider about it for future bugzilla versions.

that's also valid for things like "fixed" etc then...
