Description vzupka 2007-01-07 13:12:16 UTC
I cannot write letter ó (o preceded with dead key '. The most ordinary font - Times New Roman misses
some diacritical letters. So does Arial and others. The most frequently used font in MacOS X - Times - is
missing.

ercicb->vzupka

This has to be confirmed, but this is probably an X11 bug.

As workaround, ( it works for greek), ALT + Shift can replace dead key (instead of the one you
mentionned) for diacritics compositing.

For example ά , but it should be the same for other.

Can you please try in your case and let me know if it works ?

about font: yes, it looks like default Times New Roman in missing some letters -> report it to Apple.

the ó problem is (probably) Apple bug again. I filed two Apple bugs:

http://tmp.janik.cz/OpenOffice.org/MacOSX/bugreporter/4912608
http://tmp.janik.cz/OpenOffice.org/MacOSX/bugreporter/4912612

Lets see how and when they respond.
