Since the Office JavaBean code is in the api project, we need a subcoponent

Whom do you ask, Stefan?  I thought, somebody from collab.net gets
such issues.  Or CAN anybody else add subcomponents to projects in
IssueZilla?

Hi Michael, I intended to ask you for more information about the
requested subcomponent. We (MS, MH and I) can add subcomponents.

Ok, as I mentioned we want a subcomponent "code" like in normal
projects too. We only have "definition", "documentation" and "www" in
api. Others usually have "code" and "www", sometimes "documentation".
Now we have code components in the api project too, the OfficeBean.

All understood. The only question left open was, who should be initial
owner for issues filed against api/code. I created the api
subcomponent code with you as initial owner, because you are intial
owner for all other subcomponents also. Thanks, Stefan.
