I'll attach an xls file that illustrates the problem. But basically, if you have
a cell that has a formula that uses a column header title instead of a regular
(A1,B5 etc) style reference, it works in xls but breaks in ods.

To see this, take the attached xls file and just save it as an ods file. Quit
OOo then reload the ods file into calc.

Confirming with OO 2.1 on WinXP - saving attached file in .ods, closing and 
opening it produces error in the last column.

change target from 2.x to 3.x according to
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Target_3x
