Created attachment 41231 [details] Causes Impress to crash when copying slide
On Linux (Fedora Core 5) OOo 2.1 (official version), I have no crash, but the new slide does not look like slide 11.
I was able to copy the slide as well without a crash. Just like aziem, I was able to verify that the slide looked different straight from the slide sorter. When double-clicking on the new slide to open it, OOo crashed.
OOo 2.0.4 on edgy
I can't reproduce the crash. Could you please send us a crash report and write me the email adress you entered in the crash report?
Seems that with the latest Ubuntu updates the crash no longer happens. However, I still have the problem that copying the slide causes a new slide with scrambled content to be created.
The objects you see after copying the slide are beside the slide. As a workaround delete the objects beside the slide. Duplicate to issue 58424 *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 58424 ***
