Description kay.ramme 2001-04-17 15:43:40 UTC
I added two new directories to the ridljar module.
The directories are com/sun/star/test/bridge and com/sun/star/test/performance.
I always get an error while trying to check in any files to these directories.

The message looks like this:

kr93794@hamburg-11070[266]
/usr/local2/kr/boostrap/UDK213/ridljar/com/sun/star/test/bridge> cvs commit
-m"added new test directory" makefile.mk
CVS wrapper -- version: 1.57
cvs [server aborted]: cannot open directory
/cvs/udk/ridljar/com/sun/star/test/bridge

Re-assigning to kat for assessment and follow though.

Kat: Kay Ramme (user: KR) is a user on the UDK project; he has r/w CVS privs
for the entire UDK project, according to Tigris. So, i think this is a CVS
issue? Could you please look into it?

Hi,

I took a look at the repository and I did not see the directories performance or
bridge in udk/ridljar/com/sun/star/test/. What messages did you receive when
adding/commiting these directories?

Thank you
Kat

Unfortunately i can not remeber the message when i added the directories.
I thought it succeeded, because the CVS subdirectories had been created.
Today i freshly checked out the module and readded the directories and then i
was to able to check in my files. So, from my point of view, the problem is
fixed (sorry for any inconvenience). Should i change the state of the issue to
fixed?

Hi,

No problem. I will mark it fixed. You may reopen the issue if the problem
reoccurs.
