locale data for hausa language.

Hi Chris,

Please understand that for legal reasons every contribution to OOo must be
covered by the JCA, no matter under which license it may have been submitted to
a different place. As with a submission through the IT46 locale data generator
you granted the right to Alberto Escudero-Pascual to contribute the work to OOo
(see http://www.it46.se/localegen/copyright.php ), there are two ways to solve
this: either Alberto contributes the data to OOo, he did already sign the JCA,
or you as the submitter sign the JCA. If you plan to contribute additional work
to OOo I suggest you sign the JCA; if the locale data files will be the only
contribution the easier way would be to ask Alberto to contribute them.

Assigning LangID 0x8068 mapping to ISO codes ha-GH
Proposing language listbox entry: Hausa (Ghana)
Additional entry for spellchecker purposes, not related to this locale: Hausa
(Nigeria)
which is LangID 0x0468 mapping to ha-NG

After skimming through the data I've one question: the data lists GHC (the ISO
4712 code) as CurrencySymbol, but there is a "real" symbol available:

Oversight or purpose?

Note that I changed the currency format codes from negative amounts in
parentheses (that most certainly wasn't correct) to something like "-1 C"
instead, same as in the ak_GH locale data.
