Description lars 2002-08-22 19:11:33 UTC
when clicking an object in order to move it but waiting then, the mouse pointer
changes from the object mover to an "object placer" pointer.

Why?

This placer pointer is uncomfortable because the object isn't redrawn when
moving it.

I like it to always remain the object mover pointer. Accidentally one enters
the placer mode much too fast. And this placer mode also isn't behaving very
transparent: where is the object exactly dropped?

TM->MSC: Seems to be a draw issue or an enhancement to me, so please
have a look. Thanks !

assign it to bh@openoffice.org because it's an enhancement.

Enhancement because:

First of all, the pointer change because then you have a D&D
functionality with this object. F.E you can D&D to any other document.

But you are right it's not very clear when it change and why you don't
see where you move the object.
So I think we should think about this functionallity.
