Description tony.galmiche.ooo 2006-11-19 13:53:13 UTC
The XY curve "smoothed" in Calc has not exactly the same shape in Excel. The
formula seems to be different.

Confirmed on OOo 2.1, office 2003 win xp.
look at between 200 and 300. axe X, it will show the most different area.

OpenOffice.org chart offers cubic splines and B splines. Excel does something
different. When there is any volunteer who figures out a suiteable algorithm we
could introduce another variant to smooth curves and use that on import from
excel files.
