introduced a dummy getCurrentContextChecker to
testtools/source/bridgetest/cli/cli_cs_testobj.cs:1.11.16.1 l. 761--764 (and I
did not find instructions how to test testtools/source/bridgetest/cli/, so do
not know whether CWS sb23 broke anything there).  Tests for the current context
across bridges should be properly implemented for CLI (analogous to
testtools/source/bridgetest/bridgetest.cxx:1.18.10.2 l. 892--911).
