One problem with submitting issues is that - in the event I forget to select a
required field and come across a submission error - my detailed entry is wiped
out when I go 'Back'.  It can be a pain in the rear to redo a 'good'
description, and probably enough to frustrate some people into not even
bothering to do it a 2nd time.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
