Following a discussion on dev@gsl.ooo we should have a switch in PDF export
telling whether print settings should be used in PDF export, too, or not.
Specifically the settings in the respective Tools->Options->"Application"->Print
page should be either switched on or off for PDF eport.

This is needed in particular to allow export of 'brochure'-formatted jobs to
pdf, to allow export to non-OOo shops for printing A5 brochures on standard A4
stock.

Incidentally, and as an aside, I notice that the 'brochure' print option is not
"sticky", and requires setting each time the document is printed (OOo 2.3/XP).

IMO "brochure" should be a document property and honoured as such; print left
pages and print right pages are more to do with the printer (duplex/non-duplex).
