1. Open Impress > Presentation Wizard
2. Select Empty presentation
3. Next
4. Background, select Dark Blue with Orange
5. Output medium, select Screen
6. Next 
7. Select a slide transition: Uncover Down. 

Result:
OOo crashes.

Test system1: OOo 2.0.4 Windows XP SP2
Test system2: OOo 2.0.4rc2 Linux 2.6

P2 since "Crashes or freezes during normal operations of the application"
