I encoutered this one, too. I ususally build on NT. Then somebody here 
needed a W2K build and we found a problem exactly there. 

You will need to update the file Aservices.cxx to revision number 1.3 
via cvs.

set CALL_CDECL=TRUE

in your winenv.bat file. 

If I unset this, I get the same error as you. 

where did you get the source from? Website or cvs checkout? Did you 
edit the winenv sample or run configure? If CALL_CDECL is missing somewhere 
there, then we have to note this in the releasenotes or somewhere appropriate 
to warn everybody else. 

I used the cvs version:

cvs -z3 co -r OpenOffice625 OpenOffice

This Parameter was not set. I set it manually and put in the winenv.bat. So 
let's see if it builds (takes some time to get through...)
