If OOo Base crashed during designing a report the recovery of the report failed.
The report is saved as part of the base file.
After the automatical recovery the report is an unknown writer file and has no
conection to the database which was open and is also recoveres.

If you didn't save the report once after creating it hasn't been recovered.

It's difficult to see that this is not the report which you use before the crash.

reassign to the right developer and set target.

Forms and reports are equal in this respect, so I close this here as duplicate
of issue 65597, which is about forms, but less crowded.

This issue describe the recovery of reports.

Issue 65597 describe the recovery of forms.

So I think these are different things and not a duplicate
