While running the UNO-API-Test the office becomes unstable on UNIX and crashes
on windows.
To reproduce this behavior just start your office with parameter

"-accept=socket,host=0,port=8100;urp;" 

and call inside a solar shell:

checkapi -o
basctl.AccessibleShape::com::sun::star::accessibility::XAccessibleEventBroadcaster

CN: When I run the test I get the following error:
Error while getting description for test
'basctl.AccessibleShape::com::sun::star::accessibility::XAccessibleEventBroadcaster'
as an API test: couldn't find a description for test
'basctl.AccessibleShape::com::sun::star::accessibility::XAccessibleEventBroadcaster'

Some further investigation shows, that XAccessibleEventBroadcaster is missing in
qadevooo/objdsc/basctl/com.sun.star.comp.basctl.AccessibleShape.csv

Apart from that, the component test for basctl.AccessibleShape
(checkapi -o basctl.AccessibleShape -tdoc s:\workspace\qadev\testdocs)
finishes with 'Whole component: PASSED.OK'.

Please have a look.
