Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 68666
"Standard" toolbar in applications is called "Function bar" in user_guide2_draft.pdf
Last modified: 2006-08-16 16:56:40 UTC
Usage of the term "Function Bar" in user guide is confusing to the user because because it is inconsistent with the usage in OO applications and other parts of the User Guide (URL below). Specifically, at the top of page 48 (and further in text) User Guide says "... Function Bar ...", but on page 44 it says "... Standard toolbar." Also in applications this toolbar is called Standard (as in Calc\View\Toolbars\Standard). User Guide http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/OOo2.x/user_guide2_draft.pdf,
http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/index.html stated in the OpenOffice.org2.x User Guide line: "If you can help, please add your comments/changes to issue 29679 " Having these individual items is not productive for those working on the various chapters of the document. I suggest that you open 29679, take the chapter that needs this and fix it and then post the chapter back to the issue. That way it can be integrated. *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 29679 ***
