Given the below URL I would like to be able to dynamically replace the text chs
with a defined name "ticker" that references a cell.

I have tried $ticker, <$ticker>, $'ticker' and several others. Might be user
error but I can't find the correct reference if that is the case.

I'm marking this as a bug as Excell uses the ["ticker", "Enter the ticker"] in
replace of the chs to dynamically build the URL and also handle updates when
ticker is update. That functionality is not present in OpenOffice Calc.

... and this makes it an enhancement request and not a defect.
