when editing Issue #67707 i got this Software error:

LOCK TABLES issues WRITE, issues_activity WRITE, cc WRITE, dependencies WRITE,
votes WRITE, keywords WRITE, longdescs WRITE, fielddefs WRITE, keyworddefs READ,
attachments READ, components READ, milestones READ : Can't open file:
'issues_activity.MYI'. (errno: 144) at IzGlobals.pm line 422.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@openoffice.org), giving
this error message and the time and date of the error.

The issues_activity was corrupted and it was fixed after the maintenance was
done on the issue tracker.
