If you insert an Illustration Index, you are not able to add hyperlinks, as you
are for Table of Contents, for example.

To recreate:

1. add 1 or more illustrations (png graphic files in my case)
2. Insert->"Indexes and Tables"->"Indexes and Tables..."
3. Select "Index/Table" tab
4. Change "Type" pull-down menu to "Illustration Index
5. Select "Entries" tab
6. Observe that there is no "hyperlink" button
7. Select "Index/Table" tab
8. Change "Type" pull-down menu to "Table of Contents"
9. Select "Entries" tab
10. Observe that there _is_ a "hyperlink" button for TOCS.

FYI, I'm running Fedora Core 5 (FC5). The exact FC package versions of OOo are:
