The new pathsettings service cant prevent using of single pathes with more then one 
path value. If e.g. a patch will be applied to an existing office installation (where some 
pathes was already changed ... e.g. "Work") it can happen, that these path contains 
more then one path value.

Solution: Real single pathes must be declared inside configuration and handled 
differently.

A new boolean property inside the used configuration file mark some pathes as single 
pathes. In such case only her writable part can be changed without errors.
