Following the consolidation of icons (i35193), these High Contrast icons were
added to CVS:
ui/default_images/dbaccess/res/sxh03187.png
ui/default_images/dbaccess/res/sxh03188.png
ui/default_images/dbaccess/res/sxh16670.png

Since they lack 'Default' theme counter-parts, I imagine they are redundant.

Checked out CVS branch cws_src680_icons01.
Everything looks good - Verified. Kendy, I assume that you were satisfied these
were actually redundant. Cheers.

Some more info... It seems the 'active' Default icons live here (how helpful!) :
ui/default_images/res/sx03187.png
ui/default_images/res/sx03188.png
ui/default_images/res/sx16670.png (updated with CWS qiq)

And these two are older HC variants (just engineering placeholders):
ui/default_images/res/sxh03187.png
ui/default_images/res/sxh03188.png

So we have HC icons in /dbaccess and the Default icons in /res, with some
redundancy somewhere... seems a bit of a mess. Not sure whether to reopen this
issue, or best to raise new issue and get into icons02. Kendy, what is going on
in the code?

The HC versions in /res are bogus, and should be removed.

Given at least Writer has different icons for the same thing (see Edit /
Exchange Database, or Insert / Fields / Other / Database), we on the mid term
probably should a) move the icons to /res alltogether so Writer can use them,
too and b) given them a meaningful name.
