This issue is similar to 47493 but deals with Writer. It would be nice if what
OOo calls a note would appear like comments do in MSO. This would help faciliate
editing so that you don't have to double click on a note to see its full text.

I would be even more helpful, IMO. while tracking changes.

I have attached a picture of how it looks in MS Word.
