Some of the cells are returning zero value even reference cells have none zero 
values. PLease see attachment file (Excel Format).

My solution is to delete the cell and retype the value.  How can i fix this?

Hi,

not Prio2 and not a defect.

Have a look at Issue 5658 for instructions on how to make text a number. Calc
does not calculate with text. Using CTRL+F8 shows that B16:B22, B12 and B8 *are*
text.
