as of about 18:00 (-0400) I noticed mail lists seemed slow, with delays >30 mins; now >1 hour.

We are working with a high priority to fix the mail delay problem. I'll keep you
updated on the progress of the issue.

We are receiving mails sent to the mailing lists immediately from both within
and outside Collabnet. Can you please check and let us know if the users are
still facing mail delays.

We tested the mailing lists:

users@collabtest.openoffice.org
testlist@collabtest.openoffice.org
issues@cn20050510.openoffice.org
test@cn20050510.openoffice.org

We tried sending messages to these mailing lists from within CN and outside of
CN.  We were able to receive email fine to CN account as well as outside of CN
account. They are also getting archived fine.

Can you please confirm if it is a group of users who are facing the problem or
is it with a particular mailing list/project.
