Hi.

I have a document with a few columns with unformatted-text.

The text-content disappear and I can't show this again.

Please see the file, it's an Excel imported spreadsheet.

I checked with "2.0.3RC5  German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9036)]" and can
confirm the problem. 

In 'Processo de Planejamento.ods' in merged cell "L8", there is some  text "R:
Solicitação Registrada no Software de Atendimento ...". If I do a mouseclick on
the cell, I see the text in the input pane. I have to doubleclick into the cell
(or to click into the input pane) to get the text visible in the cell. It will
disappear again if I change to an other window and change back to the document.

I saw some other strange effects, which might be related to the main problem:

1. Click on field with L6 with "Documentos e Registros", then press 
   "cursor down"
   Expected: new selected cell should be the one with contents 
             "R: Solicitação ..."
   Actual: selection will go to L10
2. Click on cell with "Gerente Responsável", then cursor down
   Same unexpected effect as in 1.
3. Click on cell with "Patrocinador", then cursor down
   now selection goes to next cell down
   (2. and 3. are not 100% reproducible, working and not working cells 
    might change.)

Because I was not able to reproduce the effect with a new OOo spreadsheet, I set
subcomponent to "open import.

We need the original EXCEL document for further investigations!

Hi, 

not a bug od OOo Calc. The merged cells start at row 7 and this row is hidden
even in the Excel document. Calc is using the first cell of a merged cell range
as the one containing the data. If you hide the row where this cell is located,
the data isn't shown. This is logical and therefore this Issue is invalid.
