anoncvs seems to be down:

$ oocvs co -rSRC680_m170 solenv
cvs [checkout aborted]: connect to
anoncvs.services.openoffice.org(192.18.197.103):2401 failed: Connection timed out

The cvs services is up and running; seems to be a problem with the firewall.
