Up to now it is not possible to use database fields of type “image
(LONGVARBINARY)†in mail merge documents or for labels. Please add a new type of
mail merge field. It should be able to show a picture like the image control it
does for forms.
Use cases (imagine, that you have got a suitable database with images):
Print id-cards with the label wizard for your employees or for visitors.
Print labels for the component-boxes in your magazine.
Print an illustrated parts list.
Print a customized illustrated catalog of goods.
Your goods are boxed in neutral containers and you want to print illustrated labels.
Print illustrated price labels to fix them to the racks in your shop.
