On the different localized folders from OOo mirrors 'es' is not listed on any 
of those. The only translation available is the one provided by the 
oootranslation:
http://oootranslation.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/2.0.2rc4/

The localized folder (ftp://ftp.pucpr.br/openoffice/localized/) list different 
languages, like english, italian, french except es (spanish) can you please 
indicate why this is so and what steps can we do to have this. Regards.

I can confirm that, for example,
<ftp://ftp.rz.tu-bs.de/pub/mirror/OpenOffice.org/localized> does not contain any
"es" folder.
I belive before we discuss the question concerning mirror contents and links to
mirror contents it should be checked whether the projet state allows automatic
mirroring. 

No idea what criteria a localization might have to fulfill to be hosted on the
mirrors :-/
