I am using the public cvs connection and sander implemented some changes into 642C 12 hours ago and they have not propogated across yet. Could you please look into this.

So, you are saying, updates are not only delayed, but anoncvs is not updated at all?
Yes... Sander stated on releases three days ago that external OO642C tags have been updated on more directories. I have deleted the external directory and run checkout on it with the OO642C tag and it still comes up with missing directories. Others appear to be working on the build howver to my knowledge they are using internal links. current external just now: CVS X11 common download gpc jpeg odbc prj missing at least is twain... Either I am missing something fundamental or it is not being updated.

Operations recently made changes per OOo regarding ip restrictions for another issue. Those changes effected anoncvs. Inst-eng added the new numbers to the next roll out on 7/29/02 and Operations put them into place on 7/29/02. Please test and add any additional comments or questions.
Still no update on 642c branch. Update is still broken.
Hi, we requested IP Range restriction some time ago (#6125). Can it be that the anoncvs server isn't allowed to access cvsup due to the introduction of these IP-Ranges. please check if IP address of anoncvs is in the list.
Checking with Engineers and Operations to double check the ip range.
Decreasing priority to P2 as this is not a site-down issue.
Increasing priority to P1 as this is an P1/S1 according to Attachment D (Technology Support), 3.1. We could also talk about P1/S2. But can we stop playing with priorities and solve the problem? A first step would be to accept the issue - it's still in status NEW - and provide an action plan.
I am currently working with the operations group to check the ip restrictions and to roll out an updated list. the internal issue is pcn 10880 (and 10807). updates to follow within the hour. also- I do not have sufficient permissions to change the status of the issue which is why it is still set to new. it is also a p2 issue, but we have not changed it as such. thank you.

internal pcn 10880 has been resolved, I'm waiting to hear back from another engineer to get confirmation on pcn 10807 to begin testing. thank you

Just for clarification, the whole repository at anoncvs is not updated from cvs. Files on branches or branch tags are examples only. For /cvs/oo/sw/sw/source/ui/docvw/docvw.src,v Rev. 1.27 has been committed today. A head checkout from anoncvs result in revision 1.26
