Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 65028
Cannot change / add icons for menu items
Last modified: 2013-02-07 21:54:21 UTC
It is not possible to change or add an icon for a menuitem under tools -> customize -> menus. Proposal: add possibility to change the icons in the same way as it is possible to change icons for the toolbars.
@loony I don't understand your request. Can you please contribute a more detailled description concening your suggestion?
Closing issue due to reporter's inactivity as WFM. Pls. feel free to reopen this issue if you find out that the problem is still existing with a current stable OOo version and if you can contribute the requested additional information.

Created attachment 43689 [details] As for the toolsbars there is an option to replace the icon
Sorry, I overlooked the notification that this bug has changed. So here are two screenshots, first there is a screenshot with tools -> customize -> menus. Notice, there is no option to change the icon for the item. Now look at screenshot 2 (toolbars), as you can see there is an option to replace the icon.
