unfortunately I'm not able to open the issue tracking summary of the week

After waiting for a very long time I just get a "Zero sized reply". As I'm able
to travel over other pages on OOo, I do not believe it could be a problem with
our proxy server... On client side browser cache is deactivated (Mozilla 1.0/WinXP).

Anyone willing to help ?

Joost, I can't remember that this ever worked :-)
And I never understood the difference to "most recently doomed".
Works "most recently doomed" or "issue counts" for you?
