- New text document
- insert a table
- move the cursor outside of the table
- click back in the table and holde the left mouse button
-> the table toolbar appears

As stated in:

cd->cj: Please take over. We should change the specification as this would mean a 
huge amount of work in the application. The context is changed on mouse button down 
and we do it at least since OOo 1.0.

This problem is a general UI issue, not only for writer.

Together with Issue 48693 the reported problem can cause annoying damage when
editing. My 'example.odp' shows how the position of an object in a DRAWing will
be changed accidental if you do not unengage left mouse button quick enough.

So I believe we can't change the specification, we haev to change UI! Thie can
be discussed again when Issue 48693 has been fixed.
