If you logon to EIS as guest
(http://eis.services.openoffice.org/EIS2/GuestLogon), then you cannot display a
CWS in a single frame.

To reproduce:
- login to EIS as guest
- Choose "Child workspaces / Search" from the menu
- search for any child workspace
=> the CWS is properly displayed in the result frame
- try to open the CWS link in a new Tab (Mozilla/Firefox) or a new Window
=> a login window appears
- Enter "guest" / "guest" as advised in the login window
=> the window appears again

As a result, you cannot display a CWS in a separate window/tab anymore, which
used to work in the past (and is necessary to link to a CWS from somewhere else).

Argh! Enabling cookies (when the hell did I block them for EIS?) solves the
problem. Sorry, clearly my fault.
