created a user puttytest, added user as developer to website, generated DSA 
key with putty on (much maligned and hated) winxp machine running in vmware on 
my box. 
 
will now log in as user puttytest, and add key to this issue

Martijn, I'm cleaning up the issues for component "www".
Are you still interested in the installtion of the key?

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved
<wontfix/duplicate/worksforme/invalid> issues. Please see this posting for
details. First step in IssueZilla is unfortunately to set them to verified.

For technical reasons we have to move the issue to another subcomponent tan 'www'.
