If a graphic is inserted into OOo application, then even in HighContrast mode it
will be shown without any change.
Probably it could make sence to review a possibility to adjust a kind of filter
for such graphics also ( or at least for some graphic formats ).

I don't think that automatically changing image content for HC mode (or Large
Print mode or whatever) is necessarily the correct thing to do.  I think making
these modifications to images for improved visibility is a great idea, but it
should be an optional setting in the Accessibility preferences.
