Mails have started flowing now. Please wait for some time to receive all the
emails from the system. Hence reducing the priority of the issue to P2.Will
update you the reason soon.

Thanks,
Kavitha

Comment 7 Unknown 2006-01-31 21:08:05 UTC
Operations were able to find the root cause and fix this.

The mails were getting accepted by the mail server on our end but due to an
error in our network acl the mail servers were not able to deliver the mail to
the sun sites . This has been corrected now and the mail should be flowing
now. Give it a couple of hours and it should be done with processing all the
mails.

Thanks for your all your help. I am leaving this ticket open; please close it
once you start receiving the mails properly.
Comment 8 stx123 2006-01-31 21:53:44 UTC
fixed; changed priority back to P1 to make the case available for queries.
