Hi,

today, I tried to create CWS winicons. It was already created in the past, so it
already existed before I tried to created my cws.

So far OK.

EIS even told me that it already exists and have shown me the same page as I
submitted, with the only exception. The field "Add Comment" was clear and my one
paragraph description was lost and I had to write it again from scratch.
