all the follow windows is used Java 2 Runtime Enviroment (Java Plug-in 1.3.0_02)
 
On Chinese Windows 98 Second Edition:
"Presentation" & "Master Document" had runtime error.(i have photo of Registers)

On Chinese Windows 2000 Profressional
"Drawing" run as like as a dead looping & no action but no any error on it.
If i run other OpenOffice's Applications we need to del the task soffice.exe 
manually.

Please do *NOT* arbitrarily assign issues to people, and do *NOT* pick 
arbitrary products, components, and catagories for issues (this is not 
a "metrics report" component, nor is it a "www" product). If you don't know who 
to assign it to (as is obviously the case) or what the correct component & 
product is, leave it blank and we will assign it, or (since you must know the 
correct product and component to file a bug) post to the list and ask for a 
clarification.

And please, don't hit the "submit" button multiple times; you ended up filing 
this issue 4 times.

Please post this to the general discuss list (discuss@openoffice.org) for an 
answer there/clarification there.  We're not set up to provide this kind of 
support via issuezilla.
