With the Dutch community we are reviewing the helppages. In version 2.0.1. 
there is a page called in Dutch "Externe programma's (in English External 
Programs). The description on this page is not for the version 2.0.1.
The way is was described is the way is goes in OOo 1.1.4 with the exception 
that "Externe programma's" was calles "Hulpprogramma's".
The way how to put in "External programs" is now under Tools-Options-
OpenOffice.org Writer-Standard email.
This page seems obsolete and looks like issue 59867.
The number of the helppage is text/shared/optionen/0101950.xhp . This page can 
be found too by search under the text "Externe programma's". In the showed 
list after that is it the last option.

Now the help got changed:
removing "External Programs" option:
removed text\shared\optionen\01010950.xhp in CWS hc680dec
changed text\shared\00\00000406.xhp
changed text\shared\optionen\01010000.xhp
changed text\shared\guide\email.xhp
Giving info about E-Mail options of senddoc.exe:
Too specific for normal readers of online help. Support can provide the above
mentioned link whenever necessary.

pls verify in english cws hc680dec. Open doc on UNIX. Choose Tools - Options.
Click only the Help button. --> no more "external programs" page in help
