Please, create a default toolbar for (Insert - Header or Footer) contain (Page
Number, Page Count, Date, Time, etc)

a macro which you can assign to a toolbar will do it for you: simply record the 
macro with the steps you want

No exists Toolbar for OpenOffice.org 2.0.1 for header/footer.
Please, add toolbar for header/footer. (equal to Microsoft Word).

No is useless. 
Very used in Documents.
Contain in MS Office 97, 2000 and 2003. If useless microsoft no user.
