I've encountered a problem when trying to load an *.xls file with OO 6.19

The file was download from a Novell server and all the spaces where converted to
%20. (nothing strange about that really)

I have tried to open it several times but each time OO crashes.
The filename is: TS%20lp%203.xls

If I rename the file to TS.xls it works without a problem.

So AFAIKT this is purely an OO thing since it can't handle % in filenames. Is
this a restriction that's meant to be or?

Independent from filter, every filter doesn't work with %20 in filename. nonpro
gives an assertion: Error: No DetectFilter function set!
