Fields are not displayed in the saved .doc Word file.

I'm using "Input field"s in a OOo document and when I save the document into
.doc format, the fields disappear.

Note: The "Description->Subject" variable are displayed normally and the "User
Defined" variables too.

MRU->FLR: the input field with the content "Billing" will be shown empty after
export to WW8 format and reload in this sample. two fields have been generated
there instead, which contents are not shown but seem to be available when
clicking on the field.
