Delete all entries from built-in bibliography database and then try insert a
bibliography entry: OO.o crahes.

This issue might be related to
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=11591, but that one is closed.fixed

Just installed dev build m139. It seems that crash was fixed. Issue should be
closed?
