clicked on word document in windows explorer to open for viewing. Open Office 
began importing document and crashed .....  same if try to open document from 
openoffice writer .... 

Exception access violation (0xc0000005) Address: 0x1d62b5c0  in soffice.exe

opened document in Word couple of times and then tried openoffice ... OK.

rebooted system and tried to open in openoffice again ... crashed.

Document contained graphics and text outlining changes to software product.

Unable to duplicate issue on RedHat 7.3, OO 1.0, Gnome.
