RH 7.3 out of box install
add fonts from MS install to /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/TT
Writer displays normal and bold correctly on screen but always prints in bold
Deleted 1.0 installed 641C all OK 
Deleted 1.0 installed 642 all OK
tested on 4 machines
with CUPS LPRNG
Tried 2 versions of libfreetype - rebuild from source 

Tried all hints from fontguide.html - only happens in 1.0 all other OK

Lots of instructions in 4366.

It's probably the pspfontcache file.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
